Harlow House of Beauty Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are issued by Harlow House of Beauty and may be redeemed only against eligible treatments and products offered by Harlow House of Beauty, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

1. Validity Gift vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date shown on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

2. Redemption Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption, either in digital or printed form. Please let us know when booking if you intend to use a voucher.

3. Appointments and availability Appointments are subject to availability. If we need to make a significant change to a treatment or service, we will offer a suitable alternative or the equivalent voucher value.

4. Treatment suitability All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability. Where a treatment is not appropriate for health, safety, skin, or other professional reasons, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative treatment or apply the voucher value to another eligible treatment or product.

5. Patch tests and pre-treatment requirements Where a patch test, consultation form, medical questionnaire, or other pre-treatment requirement is necessary, the voucher may only be redeemed once those requirements have been satisfied.

6. Voucher value Vouchers may be used in full or part payment for eligible treatments and products. If the total purchase price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer. If the total purchase price is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance may be used against future eligible purchases until the expiry date.

7. Cash value Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and have no cash redemption value.

8. Transferability Vouchers are non-transferable without our prior consent.

9. Refunds Vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the relevant goods or services.

10. Cancellations and no-shows If an appointment booked using a voucher is missed or cancelled without the required notice under our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to deduct the full value or a reasonable portion of the booked treatment from the voucher balance.

11. Lost, stolen, or shared voucher codes Voucher codes should be kept secure. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of a voucher where the voucher details have been shared or disclosed by the customer.

12. Changes to treatments or products Treatment names, durations, prices, and product lines may change from time to time. Where a specific treatment or product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative or allow the voucher value to be used against another eligible treatment or product.

13. General We reserve the right to refuse redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or tampering.

14. Statutory rights Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
